What you'll learn

Module 1

Foundation

A solid understanding of how to deliver and strategize AI requires a firm foundation upon which to build.

Module 2

Conduct

AI projects do not exist in a vacuum, and are subject to both ethical as well as regulatory considerations.

Module 3

Construction

Decisions need to be made early and correctly in an AI implementation for what data is in the training set, what data is out, what level of validation is acceptable, and what tools will be used for the construction and training of the model.

Module 4

Automation

The ability to effectively fit and deploy a trained model to production is a philosophically different endeavor than traditional DevSecOps, though both of them have automation at their core.

Module 5

Assurance

An AI model deployed to production is a day zero concern, but day one concerns need to be accounted for from the beginning.

Module 6

Acceleration

Now that a solid framework has been built in the participants mind to the idiosyncrasies of AI implementations, the next step is to formalize the AI processes within an organization into a central hub for acceleration that also safeguards the company from potential legal and regulatory and technical issues.
