Steve is a leader at Microsoft with over 20 years’ experience focused on the growth and development of innovation practices, incorporate human-centered design and ethics into architecture, which results in novel and innovative experiences, delighting customers, increasing engagement and ultimately build trust. Steve currently leads the Customer and Strategy planning for Ethics & Society team, placing our customers at the center of strategy and design of ethical and responsible innovation in Microsoft’s Cloud + AI platforms and services.
