Shera L. Haliczer began her career with a focus on Labor & Employment law. The move to recruiting gave Shera the opportunity to impact so many clients personally and directly to support their dreams for new careers. Shera lead the efforts to build the company from 1 to 5 offices in Florida before it was sold to a national staffing firm. Shera took this opportunity to move to New York City and start her own staffing and HR consulting company. It was just after 9/11 that Shera decided to back to law firms in New York to lead the HR and Recruitment efforts for a number of international firms. In 2010, a friend who happened to first be a client back in Florida, reached out to bring Shera in the world of HR Tech. It’s been in the last 10 years that Shera has developed digital and business transformational HR strategies for companies all over the world. Shera is thrilled to now call Tel Aviv her home and excited to support clients in their HCM transformations.
