Norm Judah

After 40 years in industry and a 28 year veteran of Microsoft, Norm Judah recently retired as Microsoft’s Enterprise Chief Technology Officer. The Office of the CTO was built on three key platforms; Technical Strategy, Technical Quality and Technical People. Norm developed and drove technical strategies for customers around the world, determining what technologies to use, how and when to use them. Most recently, Norm also lead the initiative landing AI in the Microsoft field and with customers, while at the same time being one of the key voices of Innovation and Digital Transformation. Prior to joining Microsoft, he worked for Imperial Oil Limited, where he architected and developed leading-edge transaction processing and real-time distributed systems. Norm is a frequent keynote speaker at global events across technical strategy, architectures and innovation, building technical leaders and most recently on Digital Transformation and Making AI real. He received his B.Sc (EE) from the University of the Witwatersrand, and his M.A.Sc from the University of Toronto.
