James is a Certified Business Architect (CBA)®, PRINCE2 certified project manager, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). With a decade of experience across all aspects of the strategy to execution continuum, James has successfully delivered many strategy development, business/enterprise architecture initiatives, and IT solution implementations. He draws from Agile, design thinking, human-centred design principles and business architecture methods, tailoring his consulting and delivery management approach to his clients’ strategic context and business environment. In his role as Principal Consultant at Evolve & Amplify, he mentors staff, develops the practice’s intellectual property and staff training pathway, and integrates the use of Agile methods and tools into E&A’s other practice areas.
